Abstract:

The present paper reports on the longitudinal distribution of As, Cd, Cr, Hg, Pb, and
Se in fish (Cyprinus  carpio  and Lepomis macrochirus ) and bed sediments in a
500-km stretch of the Mississippi River from Sartell,  MN to Guttenberg, IA.
