ABSTRACT

This workshop's objective is to give Long Term Resource Monitoring
Program field personnel training to use aerial photographs in
their everyday work.  By the end of the workshop, field personnel
will be able to use aerial photos to aid in locating where they
are in the field, to help locate field plots and transects on base
maps, to be able to identify and map objects and vegetation types
on photos and determine photo scale, and to measure objects on
photos.
